Last updated: [08/20/2026]

By placing an order with Send It Console Repairs LLC (“we,” “us”), you (“you,” “customer”) agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide mail-in and local drop-off repair services for video game consoles, handhelds, controllers, and computers. All services are performed at our discretion and subject to parts availability and technical feasibility.

2. Shipping

Shipping is charged as a flat fee at checkout. After you place your order, we will email you a prepaid shipping label within one business day. Pack your device securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.

The flat shipping fee covers both directions — your device to us, and the repaired device back to you.

Send only the device itself and any parts you are supplying. Do not include games, memory cards, controllers, cables, or accessories unless we specifically request them. We are not responsible for items sent that were not required for the repair.

While shipments sent on our label carry standard carrier insurance, you are responsible for packaging your device adequately. Damage resulting from insufficient packaging is not covered. Our responsibility for the device begins when we physically receive and inspect it.

Customers using local drop-off are not charged a shipping fee and do not receive a label.

3. Inspection and Estimates

Prices listed on our website are for the specific service described, assuming no additional faults. After inspection, if we find additional damage, required work, or a different fault than reported, we will contact you with options and a revised price before performing any additional work. We will not perform or charge for unauthorized additional work.

If you decline additional work, we will return your device. Return shipping in that case is charged at our standard rate.

4. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and cover the labor of inspection and testing regardless of outcome. If you proceed with a repair we quote, the diagnostic fee is credited toward that repair.

5. UNSUCCESSFUL AND UNREPAIRABLE DEVICES

Not all devices can be repaired. Some faults are only discoverable after
disassembly, and some devices have damage beyond economical repair —
particularly older hardware, liquid-damaged devices, devices with prior
repair attempts, and devices with board-level faults.

If we are unable to complete your repair, we will refund the amount you
paid for the repair less a bench fee of $49, which covers the labor of
diagnosis, disassembly, and testing. Your device will be returned to you at
no additional shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are not
refundable, as they cover transit in both directions.

Certain repairs carry a meaningful chance of being unsuccessful due to the
nature of the fault. Where this applies, it is stated in the product
description along with the approximate success rate. Purchasing such a
repair constitutes acknowledgment of that risk.

If a diagnostic fee was paid and credited toward the repair, the bench fee
replaces rather than adds to it — you will not be charged twice for the
same inspection labor.

6. Vintage and Used Hardware

Retro and used consoles contain aged plastics, brittle clips, degraded adhesives, corroded contacts, and components near the end of their service life. Disassembly of such devices carries inherent risk, including but not limited to broken tabs and clips, stripped screws, cracked shells, and failure of unrelated components. By submitting a device for service you accept this risk. We exercise reasonable care but cannot guarantee that aged materials will survive normal disassembly.

7. Data

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP ALL DATA BEFORE SENDING YOUR DEVICE. We are not responsible for the loss, corruption, or deletion of any data, including game saves, save files, downloaded content, user profiles, photographs, documents, or any other stored information. Many repairs — including storage drive replacement, board-level work, and system reinstalls — will result in complete data loss. We do not perform data recovery unless separately purchased and do not guarantee its success.

8. Parts

Replacement parts are new or refurbished at our discretion and are sourced to meet or exceed the function of the original component. Parts may differ cosmetically from originals. Removed parts become our property and are recycled or disposed of unless you request their return in writing before service begins.

Where you supply a part, we make no representation as to its quality, compatibility, or condition, and we are not responsible for failure of a customer-supplied part.

9. Turnaround Times

Any stated turnaround time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may result from parts availability, shipping carriers, workload, or the discovery of additional faults. We are not liable for damages resulting from delay.

10. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Additional work approved after inspection is invoiced separately and must be paid before we return the device.

11. Unclaimed and Abandoned Devices

When your device is ready, or when we need a decision from you, we will notify you at the email address on your order.

If a device remains unclaimed, or an outstanding balance remains unpaid, for sixty (60) days after our notice, the device is considered abandoned. We reserve the right to sell, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned devices to recover unpaid charges, to the extent permitted by Texas law. You waive any claim to a device abandoned under this section.

For local drop-off orders, the same timeline applies from the date we notify you the device is ready for pickup.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We may decline any repair at our discretion, including devices that arrive in a condition materially different from what was described, devices with extensive prior damage or unsuccessful repair attempts, devices we reasonably believe to be stolen, and devices presenting a health or safety hazard including pest infestation, mold, corrosion, or leaking batteries. Devices declined for hazard reasons may be returned at your expense or disposed of at our discretion.

13. Lawful Use and Modifications

We do not install, enable, or assist with circumvention of copy protection, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material. Region modification and similar services are offered solely to enable use of legitimately owned software. You represent that any device you submit is lawfully yours and that requested work is for lawful purposes.

14. Warranty

Repairs are covered by our 90-Day Limited Warranty, which is incorporated into these terms by reference and available on our website.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPAIR IN QUESTION. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, OR THE REPLACEMENT VALUE OF THE DEVICE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

16. Photographs

We may photograph devices for internal documentation, warranty records, and dispute resolution. We may use anonymized repair photographs for marketing purposes; no identifying customer information will be included.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before we receive your device. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion and net of any diagnostic fee, parts already consumed, and shipping costs incurred.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
