90-Day Limited Warranty

Send It Console Repairs warrants the parts we install and the workmanship of our repairs for ninety (90) days.

Coverage Period

The warranty period begins on the date we ship your device back to you (or the date you pick it up at our drop-off location). Repairs performed under warranty do not restart or extend the original 90-day period.

What Is Covered

  • Failure of a part supplied and installed by Send It Console Repairs
  • Defects in our workmanship on the specific repair you paid for

What Is Not Covered

  • Any issue unrelated to the repair we performed
  • Pre-existing conditions or faults elsewhere in the device
  • Liquid damage, drops, impact, or physical damage occurring after our repair
  • Damage from misuse, modification, overclocking, or unauthorized software
  • Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or aging of other components
  • Parts supplied by the customer (labor coverage only — see below)
  • Devices opened, serviced, or modified by anyone else after our repair
  • Diagnostic services
  • Data loss of any kind

Customer-Supplied Parts

When you supply the part (for example, a replacement shell), we warrant our installation labor for 90 days but provide no warranty on the part itself. If a customer-supplied part fails, we will reinstall a replacement part you provide at no labor charge within the warranty period.

Vintage and Retro Hardware

Consoles and handhelds more than ten years old contain aging components that may fail independently of our repair. Our warranty covers only the specific repair performed. Unrelated failures — including failures that appear shortly after service — are not covered.

Shipping on Warranty Claims

You are responsible for shipping the device to us for warranty service. We cover return shipping back to you at no charge. We recommend insuring your shipment; we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit to us.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at admin@senditconsolerepairs.com with your original order number and a description of the issue before shipping anything. Claims submitted without prior contact may be returned unopened. Proof of the original repair (your order number) is required.

Repeat Failures

If the same covered issue recurs after one warranty repair, we will refund the cost of the original repair and return your device rather than attempt a third repair.

No Fault Found

If we receive a device under warranty and find the reported issue is not present, or is not covered by this warranty, we will contact you with options. Return shipping in that case is the customer's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the original repair. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or loss of revenue.
